Soulskin: resurface your essence
In this workshop we will go on a quest to return to our essence, our Self, our soul, that part of you that has always remained true. That spark that no matter the shapes you take, the disguises you wear or the colour of your hair, it still says you.
We will explore and play with different tools, capturing hints of what makes that spark glow. Through mindfulness, journaling, movement and our senses, we will experience what it's like to wear our soul, letting its uniqueness unfold.

COMING BACK TO OUR SENSES is an invitation to reconnect to our body through its most amazing gifts: its sensory fields.
We experience the world through our senses, we make sense of the world through our senses. But how often are we paying attention to them? How often are we relying on them?
Senses are our radars, constantly informing us of what is going on outside and inside. Coming back and attuning to them, brings us to the present moment where everything is actually happening.
In a racing world, where we want things to happen instantly and intensely, we forget that our body has its own rhythm. Are we missing out on living fully by living fast?
Let’s learn from our senses, let’s experience living at our natural rhythm. This workshop will guide you to make sense of the world in your own time and from your uniqueness.
This is an online event with lots of practical experiences, a workbook with exercises you can do anytime and tools for the rest of your life.
Mindfulness + Nature + Creativity + Sharing + Insight. And all of that good stuff!
You are not alone: reframing loneliness
We have all gone, will or are going through loneliness. And although we tend to experience it on our own, closing off and feeling misunderstood, the reality is that it’s a shared human experience and can therefore become an opportunity to connect to others. You are not alone in your loneliness.
What if instead of dreading it, rejecting it and feeling bad about it we befriend it? What if we explore what gifts it has to offer us, together?
This workshop is all about connecting authentically to ourselves and others, to approach loneliness from another perspective and learn from it. With awareness, with compassion, with practical tools and sharing our experiences.
Just bring yourself and your loneliness. You are safe, you are heard, you are seen.
Connection & communication: nourishing our relationships with ourselves and our work teams
This workshop focuses on connections, relationship & communication. It is all about connecting with oneself to cultivate more nourishing relationships outside (& in the work environment).
The workshop is interactive with activities on bringing awareness to our inner narrative and how that influences our perception of ourselves & others. It explores how to communicate constructively & how to create more belonging in the workplace.
mindfulness & stress management: creating healthier workplaces from the inside out
This workshop is for all of those that want to learn what stress is, how to manage it and create a healthier work environment. It will consist of 4 weekly encounters where we will explore, experience and learn from ourselves and others.
Week 1: Awareness - Notice your thoughts, behaviours and innerscape. The door to freedom.
Week 2: Perceptions - How our experiences shape the way we see the world. What is reality?
Week 3: Stress - What is it? Where does it come from and where does it go? Learn how to manage it.
Week 4: Living mindfully - deepening relationships with compassion. Practices to incorporate daily.
