  3. Continuous Support: Ongoing support through email and a fortnightly newsletter to keep the momentum going.

  4. Team Building and Evaluation: Every three months, we conduct a team-building session and surveys to measure progress and impact.

  •  We conduct an initial assessment to understand the unique cultural landscape and goals of your organization. Importantly, this assessment is done anonymously by employees to ensure they feel included and valued from the start. They co-create the program, sharing their genuine experiences and needs, ensuring it’s not based solely on HR’s perception of the culture.

  • Our weekly support includes short meetings to address any challenges employees face regarding their habit-building and progress. These meetings also incorporate practising new tools or techniques and discussing specific topics from the monthly workshop to reinforce learning and application.

  • We use a combination of qualitative and quantitative metrics, including employee feedback, engagement surveys, and performance indicators, to track progress and make necessary adjustments.

  • One example is implementing a three-minute arrival practice before starting meetings. By taking a moment to breathe together and become calm, employees are more open to listening and communicating in an egoless manner, which fosters a more collaborative and respectful environment.
