creative workshop
In this workshop, designed for children between the ages of 6 and 11 years old, we will experience through creativity and story telling the values of compassion, non-judgment and self-expression.
With playfullness and introspection, children will be guided to embrace their individuality and that of others, understanding that we are different and yet connected and valued.
The workshop is for groups of up to 30 children, to guarantee a safe, interactive and intimate environment.

Meet the instructor
Stephanie Glass
Stephanie is the author of Luna in the Forest and workshop facilitator. She is passionate about all things creative and being out in nature
She’s a mindfulness and personal development coach, and workplace wellness and mental health facilitator. Stephanie believes in nurturing a culture of belonging, awareness, and connection.
Stephanie is a proud aunt of 3 nieces and 3 nephews and has a background in teaching, making her workshops engaging, fun and educational.
